Most yoga shows charge between $300 and $400 to come in. Not with us; for you yogis and yoginis you will be able to take yoga classes of every style all day for only $20 ($15 in advance) or all three days for $35 ($30 in advance) and go to unlimited lectures, panels & the exhibit hall.  Want to learn about raw foods and organic products. Come join us as some of the best vendors in America will explain how to eat, prepare and play with your diet.
Meet Gary Null, NY’s #1 nutritionist at the expo and be dazzled by his presentation on the raw food diet. The grandfather of living foods, Viktoras Kulvinskas will enlighten your body and soul with his knowledge. Our two Raw Food Panels include NY’s top Raw Foodists — Brenda Cobb, Matt Monarch, Debra Secunda, Lisa Torres Kevin Shukur, Donna Perrone, “Sproutman” Steve Meyerowitz Lisa Torres, Karen Ranzi, Mark Chabus and Robert Dyckman.
On the Yoga side, Yoga Desai, the founder of Kripalu Institute and Swami Ramananda,  the senior teacher at Integral Yoga Institute will be joined by yoga teachers of every style throughout the weekend so bring your mat!!
 On the health side, old favorites, Brenda Cobb, Dr. Christopher Calapai and Dr. Howard Robins and Dr. Robert Sorge will be joining a list of professionals to feed your body and soul. Raw Soul,NY’s top raw food restaurant will be serving your palate as well as Kazuko’s Vegetarian Food restaurant will be serving cooked food and NY’s very own East-West bookstore will open up their bookstore at the Yoga and raw Expo.
On the metaphysical side, Thomas Morton, Ron Amitron and Stacie Breeze will be joining Sean David Morton on the “2012” Strange Universe panel.
In the infamous Sexuality & Sensuality Panel, Charles Muir,Bernie Pryor, Handlers, Nan Wise,Aaron Starr and Barbara Carrelles will raise your kundalini the tantric way. will add his tantric expertise to the Sexuality and Sensuality Panel Dance with Parashakti, Laraaji, and the Open Music Ensemble Come enjoy the excitement and hang out immerse in the consciousness.
