Healing Through Ayurveda

Nisha Saini is the Founder & Director of New York Ayurveda & Panchakarma Center, an award-winning Ayurveda wellness center in Manhattan. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in Panchakarma detox (Ayurvedic Detox procedure), Ayurvedic therapies, and Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance to support long-term health and balance.

Born in the Himalayan region of India, her journey into Ayurveda was inspired by a personal healing experience in her childhood, shaping her lifelong dedication to this ancient science. She is also a guest speaker at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, where she shares Ayurvedic principles with future medical professionals.
