Understanding your chakras as a guide to health This lecture will cover the seven chakras. For each chakra, I have listed the problems we may endure and solutions to those problems. Foods that help strengthen the energy of the chakra, specific vitamins and minerals that are beneficial for the energetic health of each chakra, as well as crystals and essential oils. This lecture’s vital component is the food types mentioned for each chakra. Each chakra corresponds with a rainbow color: red, orange, yellow, green, blue/indigo, purple, and white, and this can help you understand which foods and crystals align with each chakra.
