Brett Cotter, Stress Is Gone Founder and Author of “3 Keys to Managing PTSD”, is a trauma recovery expert with 20-years experience. He specializes in reducing stress and anxiety through one-on-one coaching, guided meditation, workshops and retreats for veterans, first responders and anyone interested in transforming trauma and releasing stress from the source. He is certified by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress and his program is certified by the American Institute of Stress. Brett received training from a 35th Generation Shaolin Grand Master and the Himalayan Institute.
