Spirituality: The Missing Link In Mental and Emotional Wellness
Beth will share what she has learned through nearly 30 years as an evidential medium about the connection between the mind, body, heart, and spirit—and why she believes the spiritual dimension is often the missing link in conversations about depression, anxiety, addiction, and healing.
Beth will also share a deeply personal experience from 38 years ago, when after only three days on a well-known anti-anxiety medication, she experienced a 40-second episode that she survived. That experience profoundly influenced her understanding of the relationship between medication, consciousness, and the human spirit.
Throughout her nearly three decades of work as an evidential medium, Beth says she has encountered many individuals communicating from the other side whose stories have shaped her understanding of these issues.
This discussion brings together personal experience, spiritual insight, and compassionate conversation to explore what we may be missing when we look at emotional suffering only through one lens.
Beth’s hope is that by listening, asking questions, and considering both science and spirituality, we can better understand the cycles of depression, anxiety, and addiction—and discover new pathways toward awareness, healing, and hope.
The goal is not to tell anyone what medications they should or should not take, but to open a thoughtful conversation about the whole person: mind, body, heart, and spirit.
