Returning To Self: A Mind, Body, Soul Journey Beyond Alcohol.
Alcohol once felt like relief and harmless fun. But over time, it quietly disconnected me from my body, distorted my mind, and dimmed my spirit. In this talk, I share my journey from anxious, disconnected, and shame-filled to regulated, grounded, and free. Through a holistic, multi-pathway approach, combining nervous system regulation, mindset shifts, practical tools, and spirituality I found freedom from alcohol, reclaimed my sense of self, and became a more present mother. This is a conversation about healing, self-trust, and remembering who you are beneath the coping.
